1. What is ?
is a new, breakthrough advertising technology that allows you to serve DHTML
popaway ads based on your website's keywords. It has been developed to
locate keywords found within text and link them to relevant advertisement information.
When your visitor's move their mouse over the highlighted text, a targeted ad will pop up.
When they move their mouse away, it will disappear.
2. How does work?
In order for a webpage to be processed by , a small block of code must be placed somewhere within the
HTML. Once that has been done will scan the page each time it is loaded and determine what the overall
topic of the page is, this is based on keywords it identifies within the page. Advertisements are selected based on
the topic of the page, and are nested within several keywords on the page. The advertisement will remain completely hidden
except for the subtle double underline on the link, until the user places their cursor over the ad. It will then display
a box with the related advertisement and link.
3. How do you select the ads that will be displayed on my website?
Ads are targeted based on the keywords that extracts using our website analyzation
technique. 's proprietary technology matches your keywords with ads from a network of over 25,000 advertisers
and then automatically displays the most relevant ad with the highest bid price.
4. Will ads display over existing links on my website?
No. ads will not display over existing hyperlinks, even if they include your keywords.
5. Can I customize ads to match my website? Yes. You can customize the colors of your ads to exactly match your website color scheme, as well as select the color of your highlighted keywords. In addition, you can choose how your keywords will be highlighted: available choices (among others) are single underline, double underline, dashed, and dotted.
6. Can I alter the script?
The bulk of the code that makes work is stored on our servers, and cannot be altered or accessed. However each
page that you wish to display your ads on will require a small block of javascript to be inserted. This javascript configuration
can be customized, however we do not recommend doing this manually, rather by logging into your account and chosing the option
to customize your configuration. This will generate the appropriate script to place on your page, and you can be sure that there
will be no user error.
7. Is Spyware?
No, is not spyware. does not download or install any software onto the client's computer,
nor does it collect any personal data. only uses existing functions of your client's browser to display
the advertisements.
8. Will popup blockers or antivirus software interfere with ?
No, absolutely not. is not considered a popup as it does not create a new browser window, rather it uses
CSS to display an ad within the current browser window. No additional software is required or installed on the users
computer so antivirus software will not block or interfere with the advertisements.
9. What is "click fraud" and what does do to prevent it?
Click fraud is generating invalid clicks, either manually or by use of an automated program, to artificially increase
click count and revenue. The program utilizes advanced anti-fraud software to monitor click-throughs,
and this software will detect and report any fraudulent activity if it occurs. Fraudulent activity may result in
non-payment, removal from the program, and legal action.

1. Can I display other ads on my website, such as pop-ups/pop-unders/banners?
Of course! If you already have existing advertisement strategies deployed on your website you are still free to use
to increase revenue. However it is your responsibility do make sure that using does not interfere
with any contracts you have with other advertisement networks.

A website must receive a minimum of 500,000 text rich page views a month to qualify for .

Getting Started
1. How do I sign up?
If you are interested in signing up for , then you may start by registering an account. From there you must
wait for approval from the development team before you may continue the process. Once you have been approved,
you will be notified and can log into the secure section of this site where you will be able to configure and deploy

2. How long will it take before ads will start displaying on my site?
After you have completed the registration and pasted the customized javascript code onto the page(s) which you would like
ads to be displayed, will begin to work immediately.
Payment Information
1. How much will I make with ?
The amount of money you can expect to make off your website varies depending on a wide number of factors such as the
amount of traffic your page recieves, the number of ads you chose to display on a page, and how many visitors click
on a sponsored ad.
2. When do I get paid?
Checks (in USD) are sent out at the end of the month for any accounts which exceed $100.
If your balance does not meet this requirement it will be carried forward each month until it reaches this amount.
Checks are mailed within 30 days of the close of the calendar month in which you earned revenues.
3. Does Guarantee revenue? How much?
Since the amount of income your website makes is dependant on the number of viewers and advertisement clicks,
does not guarantee revenue. If you are not satisfied with the amount you are making from your website, try increasing
the number of keywords per page, or number of ads per keyword.
